The Riverhouse is located in the mountains and Verde River Valley of Arizona

Exterior
House is 1980 sq. ft. with a 900 sq. ft. outbuilding on 1 and 1/4 acre.
Porch on the right is an  all screened  "Arizona Room"
(for the cats and smokers!)
House is on a crawl space so it's easier on our old bones and
to put us just 3 more feet out of the flood plane, just to be sure!!.
Workshop and storage are in the "barn"
Creek is to the right of the barn and river is to the right of that apx. 1/4 mile
Our house is the last one on the lane as the road dead ends into the creek.
It faces the south west
Chicken coop is just to the left of the barn attached to the barn.
We have also added a "cabin" which serves as an extra bedroom.
The "big" kids love it!

Great room is very open.  The great room, entry and dining area measure 33' x 37'.
Plenty of room  when all the kids and grandkids are here.

This run size has been doubled also for the geese

The other side of the barn is storage.  Same size as the shop side.

The Riverhouse is always open to friends and family.
If you like peace and quiet, fresh air, wildlife, chickens out the back door
and maybe a little fishin',
this is the place to visit.
